HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once the order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation message and usually the order to be delivered takes around:
- Greater Cairo: 2-3 working days
- Delta and Canal: 3-4 working days.
- Upper Egypt and Red Sea & Sahel: 3-6 working days
We also offer express shipping upon request 1-2 working days but only available within the Greater Cairo Zone.
Please note that for Express shipping, orders must be placed before 1 PM to ensure time to process.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Greater Cairo: Standard shipping (2-3 business days): 55 EGP Express shipping (1-2 business days): 100 EGP
Delta and Canal: Standard shipping (3-4 business days): 73 EGP
Upper Egypt and Red Sea & Sahel: Standard shipping (3-6 business days): 100 EGP
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We advise you to review your order once received, such that if your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we kindly accept full refund only upon delivery to give you the chance to see the piece in real life.
However, please note that shipping charges are non-negotiable and non refundable.
